Teachers from Preschools and Elementary schools are calling on The Exploratory to add to their curriculum with STEAM workshops. These workshops are designed to provide teachers with the vocabulary and skills they need to answer their students inquiries. Workshops are developed with educators who provide subjects that they encounter.

Upcoming Workshops:

New School West In-Service Workshop - August 8, 2012

Topics: Circuits, Flight, Simple Machines and Cause and Effect

Teachers provided The Exploratory with a list of projects that children are working on that require circuits, switches and simple machines. In addition to learning the vocabulary and principles involved in these subjects, The Exploratory is bringing chain reaction provocations to present children with new possibilities.
