The Exploratory Tinker.Make.Innovate Labs is working with Spark Fun to bring you the latest in E-Textiles.
Learn how to use the Lilypad to build soft interactive textiles. The Lilypad is a small programmable computer that enables you to use inputs like lights, and temperature to control LED lights, motors and speakers. Applications include clothing, stuffed animals, accessories and so much more. There are tons of fun examples at Lilypond.

Spark Fun Instructors will be teaching this class for 20 seats only. Educators, Parents, children, makers, tinkerers, hobbyists – this is a new way add STEAM into your classroom or family room.
You take home your creations which include the $60 Lily Pad Development Board.
Please bring some fabric, felt or clothes to make your creations with.
$95 per seat ( can be 2 people sharing one development board and computer ) Children under 10 need to be accompanied by an adult. Children who can sew and have a parent that can help with the programming can make up one seat.
