Music is a universal method of self-expression and a unique means by which humans communicate. In the modern age, there are endless ways to create music. Our vast supply of materials and resources permits an incredible array and type of instruments. Come to the Exploratory on July 20th from 2 - 4 p.m. to design and create a personalized instrument from recycled materials.

Please bring 2-3 items traditionally considered "trash" out of which to build an instrument. Example materials: packaging (cardboard is especially great), e-waste, clothing, etc.

We will facilitate the process and provide possible examples, but the creative process is entirely up to you!

Please contact fox.jennifer.r@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Day: Sunday July 20

Time: 2-4pm

Fee: $15 per child/adult   $8 for siblings
